I came across this place when we had a monthly ex-colleague aka friends' gathering. I am personally amused with their creative food innovation by offering a variety of homemade crepe-based savories and desserts. If I remember correctly, it opens roughly at the same time like BurgerLab.
So, recently, I brought bestie to Strangers at 47. It was Friday, I remembered. As we stepped into this place, it was so busy and noisy. I remembered that this hangout area was once cozy where you can have a small chit chat session with your friends but not for my recent visit there. It was so noisy that I can hardly talk to my bestie. Not sure is it because of Friday.
Anyway, when I said about innovation, it does not apply on the food itself but also, on its name. I ordered A Hen's Crush whereas bestie ordered Big Breakfast.
Big Breakfast (RM23.00)
Served soft crepes with a crispy hash brown, bestie's favorite baked beans, a sunny side-up, smoked chicken ham, mini sausage, butter-sauteed portobello and some greenies topped with tomatoes. From carbohydrates all the way to proteins and fibre, perhaps, it is one of a good choices for someone who does not know what to have while wanting to keep their body weight on track.
A Hen's Crush (RM17.00)
Believe it or not, this is still my favorite one! Inside the crepe, it contains pan-seared chicken, crispy golden hash brown, cucumber, onions and not to forget, the special sauce made by Strangers 47 which complements the whole crepe very well.

Besides having crepes, we too have some snacks on that day. We called for their sweet potatoes which is fry to golden in color and at the same time, sweet in taste and good in aroma. Even, bestie gives a thumbs up for this simple snack :)
We wish to order more but unfortunately, our stomach have reached to the limit. Hence, we leave the rest for our next visit to Strangers at 47.
Strangers at 47 is located at 47, Jalan 17/45, Section 17, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
It opens everyday except on Tuesdays, from 11am to 10pm.
Happy trying!
